 A deeper more concentrated flow helping relieve sore, knotted muscles.This therapy is often combined with trigger point and sports styles. Perfect for chronic or acute pain, athletes, and those who prefer deeper work.  

Trigger points or "tender/ sore points"  may have pain referrals to other areas of the body. This is a good therapy for those who are comfortable with massage already. It is beneficial for ongoing pain, nerve pain or nerve entrapment. This therapy is typically combined with deep tissue and stretching. 

Medium to Deep pressure focusing primarily on sore muscles after hard workouts. It helps with increasing athletic performance/ flexibility, decreasing soreness/ DOMs (delayed onset muscle spasms) and decreasing overall recover time for athletes. Sports Massage typically incorporates stretching. Great for gym goers, weekend warriors, or pre/post athletic events. 

This massage is for mommy's to be. You will be in side-lying position and this type of massage is focused on relieving pregnancy specific pains and soreness with an emphasis on deeply relaxing mom and baby.  

The therapist will apply pressure to specific "reflex points" in the feet to help relieve other areas tension, bring a sense of overall well-being, and release toxins in the body. This is very relaxing work and is perfect for anyone especially those with plantar fasciitis, runners or anyone who works long hours on their feet. 

Take your senses on a trip to deeply relaxing lavender fields, open your sinuses and breathe easy with eucalyptus, or revitalize with a sweet orange aroma. Aromatherapy is a great way to enhance any massage treatment. 

This massage is focused on elderly clients with arthritis, joint/ muscular pain, or decreased range of motion. It is especially important to keep the body in balance as you age to prevent injury. We will work on increasing blood flow in painful joints, increasing range of motion, flushing out toxins, and relieving everyday aches and pains to further prevent injury or surgery. Pressure will range from Light to Deep and include some general stretching. 

This is a relaxing but therapeutic  massage with warm salt stones that deeply penetrate muscles. Himalayan Salt naturally decreases inflammation, is naturally antimicrobial and helps detoxify body. Your skin will feel more refreshed, your mind will feel at ease, and your muscles will be warm and relaxed after this massage. Perfect for those who love hot stone massages or enjoy heat therapy. Can be combined with Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage.
